20k Eyeballs!

Green Stuff Industries has just surpassed 20k eyeballs!
(10,000 page views!)

I was hoping to celebrate with a new product release, but the Chain Maker I'm working on is a tough nut to crack and is therefore still in the prototype stage.

I'd like to say "Thanks!" to the following referring blogs (in no particular order):

Fritz 40k
Dark Future Games
The Miniatures Page
From The Warp
Black Matt's Black Legion Blog

The massive amount of traffic and the positive feedback GSI has gotten from their readers has been stupendous!  Keep up the good work!

  1. Congrats on the milestone!
I love the tools you guys put out, so you count me as a regular customer.

    1. Thanks, Ron! I'm a bit premature on this post. I meant to keep it as a draft until tonight but I guess I clicked "publish" accidentally instead. Right now GSI is at 9990 views.

  2. When you get that chain maker worked out I'll help test it!

You know, make sure it works in all the metas around...

Congrats! It's a good little blog.

    1. Thanks to you too, Varangian! Was it you that ordered a TMTB this week? If so, thanks once more!

The chain maker has turned into a giant PITA. The GS won't release from the tool. I have an idea how to fix that, but at $80 per prototype I'll have to wait a bit.

  3. I ordered the two molds I was missing, not the Tool Box. Hopefully you'll be getting more orders in.

Have you considered a Facebook page as well as the blog? It might give you some more exposure, and let people upload pictures and share their experiences a bit easier. While the blog is a great idea to detail your processes it's not as end user friendly as some of the other social networking applications.

I'm SERIOUSLY looking forward to a chain maker mold. The normal way of doing them is so time consuming I haven't done more than play around with them. Keep plugging away, this is one of those things that if you can perfect will be AWESOME.

    1. I'll refund you the price break on the Tool Box. Whether it was an ordering mistake or not, I'll take care of you.

I'm not sure I can handle much more social media... I'm old (sort of) and GSI is turning into a second job! But it is a VERY fun job. Luckily, my real job is pretty flexible and not super demanding. But if GSI keeps growing, maybe I can quit my real job... that would be AWESOME!

I can see why no one has made a chain maker, yet. There's a lot of surface area for the GS to stick to which makes it really hard to get the thing to work correctly. I'll keep plugging away, though!

    2. Yeah, that was a mess up on my end. I REALLY appreciate you taking care of it! That kind of customer service goes a long, long way for me.

Keep working on the chain mold, and I'll be sure to buy the first one!

    1. Excellent! Use it in good health! BTW, when you finish your model conversions with the TM tools, send me a link or some photos and I'll post them in the gallery.
